[First Impressions] Chez Shibata 365 Because ICI was fully-booked, we made our way to the an even newer opening chez shibata 365, on the 3rd floor of Nikko Hotel, to try its French-Japanese pastry. We spent an extremely pleasant 3 hours there over various cakes, pastry and floral tea. In terms of taste, most items were commendable, though not necessarily among the very best I've tasted in the city. Then again, it was only their 2nd day of operation. My favourite item was the Vanilla Choux. The vanilla cream filling was so silky smooth, I could easily chow down a couple at one go. Good news is, if you visit Chez Shibata 365 and check in on FB from now till end of March, you will get this delicious Vanilla Choux free!
