Well, this is not a place that I'll come back for ramen again. Keep in mind that it's a fusion ramen, if you're ok with this, it's might be a place for you. Every bowl here is made with chicken broth. Based on shio ramen and pairan ramen I've tried, I was very disappointed with both dishes. They put fried lemongrass and Thai kales in the bowls which make ramen flavours so confusing, not getting along pretty well with other ingredients. Paitan soup was so thick and oily, full of only smell of chicken oil, not very impressing like other places that made good thick tonkotsu soup. Shio was ok, chicken broth mixed with a very thin clam's flavor. Chashu was quite ok, but their duck breast probably was cooked by sous vide which made it very tender but so tasteless with artificial texture.
