New open🍣 Sushi Omakase in Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok(2nd floor). It's opend last month. The chef was training at Tsuji cooking school in Japan. He grew up in Thailand but his parents are Japanese & Chinese. He speaks Thai language but I suppose he's able to speak Japanese as well. The taste of each Nigiri(握り) was same as sushi in Japan. I didn't expect it!Enough professionality. Other dishes had originality. Appetizer was mixed avocado & goma dressing. Foie gras steamed egg custard(フォアグラ茶碗蒸し) smelled awesome and was really thick. 1,700 bath for lunch💰 Seems like a little bit pricy?? I'm not sure how much general sushi in Bangkok costs.
