มื้อเย็น

[First Impressions] Homeburg Actually, what I appreciated most about Homeburg was the feeling of a true Chef's Table experience. The proximity we had to the chef and the cooking action was second-to-none, and that's definitely what could be missed in the future when Taiki decides to scale up. I do not think it's necessary to explain here how obsessed Taiki is to burgers, and how much study and precision he has gone through to arrive at his current version of the "perfect" burger. Let him tell you himself when you meet him. That's half of the fun. To answer questions on, "was it worth it?" or "worth the long wait?", I can only say that the burger I had last night was Pretty.Damn.Delicious. Easily one of the best burgers I've had in Bangkok (and I've had a few). The crispy pan-fried milk bun that does not stick to your teeth, crunchy bacon and the patty with the perfect crusty sear on both sides, assembled on a burger than doesn't drip nor fall apart during the process of eating. Or maybe it's cos of the beef fat slathered all over, or the lack of ketchup (it's at most just 1 of the 12 ingredients in Taiki's Wonder Sauce). I hate ketchup. #homeburg #homeburgbkk #bkkfoodies #bangkokfoodies #ihateketchup #bestburger #bestburgerbangkok #strangerfirstimpression #strangerinbangkok
