[First Impressions] Brasserie Cordonnier This place is proof of how incredible Sukhumvit Soi 11 can be. Of all things, you don't expect a piece of France there, especially at night, but the fact is that Brasserie Cordonnier is as French as you can get in Bangkok. Food-wise, the starters stole the show for me. French onion soup was comforting, and I could eat the whole block of Foie Gras Terrine by myself (no bread needed). Vegetarians would surely find the cold ratatouille rather satisfying. The apple tart with cinnamon ice-cream also left a good impression. What I loved the most was Brasserie Cordonnier's ability to combine a well-executed interior design concept with service and food to match, and yet be able to deliver the package at an accessible price point.
