For a memorable meal in a retro-style house by the river with a glorious view of Rama VIII bridge, this place never fail to impress. The entrance to the restaurant is in a small alley right across Thevarajkunchorn Temple near Thewet pier. The concept is homemade Thai food. With the cook here coming from Southern Thailand, southern dishes, like "Fried Sator with Shrimps", are guaranteed to satisfy. The crispy and non-oily Deep Fried Softshell Crab is also a good choice for appetizers. And those who want to try ancient "royal cuisine" will find "Kaeng Ran Juan" interesting. .While the food is authentic Thai , the coffee, much to my delight, is from Lavazza. Due to it's popularity the place is often full, be sure to make reservation before you go.
