- It is a fusion restaurant on the third day of the open which collaborated of three chefs from Thailand, China, and Europe. The breakfast set includes French toast, yogurt, fruit, hashed potatoes, tea and juice only for 180 baht. The material is high quality and quite reasonable. Fried Chinese bread with chunky pork are juicy and crispy. And the sea urchin cream Chinese noodles are fresh shrimp, sticky noodles with lemongrass which are European, China and Thai taste are well-organized. It is new taste but quite delicious. I felt great satisfaction with their food and service. たまたま入ったオープン3日目のフュージョンレストラン。 タイ、中華、欧の三人のシェフのコラボだから店名がSanとのこと。朝食セットはフレンチトースト、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ハッシュドポテト、お茶、ジュースもついて素材の質も高くて180バーツ。包子も揚げたてでサクサクで肉もジューシィ。そしてウニクリームのクルクル麺は新鮮なエビ、モチモチの麺にレモングラスと欧、中、タイの要素がバランス見事に混じりあって今までにない新しい味。それでもちょっと辛いのを除けば誰でも美味しいと思えそうな味にまとめてるのがすごい。メインのポーションはちょっと少ないけど大満足でした。 See more柴田研二 28 Followers
