- Was at Arroz on Saturday evening and I must admit I was pretty impressed with the authentic Spanish food on show. Most of their ingredients are imported from Spain and I like it that the food is more rustic than pretentious, done to give you a taste of Spain in Bangkok. As Arroz means rice, don't leave here without trying their rice dishes. Their squid ink Paella was tasty delicious, as were many of Chef Victor Burgos's tapas. I especially loved their grilled peppers and garlic shrimp.
