[First Impressions] Nailao Ladna Yod Pak ราดหน้ายอดผักนายเหลา - ต้นตำรับนางลิ้นจี่ A place where the best chefs in Thailand visit for their thai traditional stir-fry fix. I loved the wok-hei (breath of the wok) in the pad see-ew, it's a little sweet, but surely one of the very best I have ever had in Bangkok (even more wok-hei than Jay Fai, just with no seafood and sold at a-tenth of the price). The Radna was good too, and I especially liked the hints of chinese wine fragrance, which is rare to find here (common in my native Sarawak), but honestly, pad see-ew was the clear winner for me comparing the 2.
