Formerly the residence of the royal governess of His Majesty King Vajiravudh or Rama VI and a part of Thewet Palace, this boutique hotel reflects the charm of Old Siam from 18-19th century. The colonial-style building was renovated with contemporary touch. The serenity of the lush garden with a pool makes it a perfect place for an afternoon tea, coffee, or a herbal drink and light snacks. The dining room is opened for lunch and dinner. They serve both Thai and western food here. I especially like their curries..Both "Khao soy" (Northern style curry noodle) and Red Curry with Coconut Rice are delicious.
