原個椰子雪糕 (100baut, 約$27) 游泳完上岸吃雪糕 找了一會就有之前IGer 介紹的椰子雪糕 100銖雖然買貴了,但在遊客地方沒所謂了 從一整個椰子開始開 先喝裏面的椰青水 清甜,解渴,不做作的味道 喝過了,總感覺香港的喝完總有點膩 然後店家就把椰肉一圈一圈的起出來 再加上糯米飯,花生粒,和主角 三整球椰子味雪糕 再用剛才的椰肉再鋪面 椰肉的爽,加上椰子雪糕的甜, 和糯米飯的煙韌,太美味了 加上花生粒的有如錦上添花 香港應該較難搵到 Coconut ice cream - made by a freshly opened coconut, you can enjoy the water from the coconut, raw, original and authentic. Then sliced into crispy white slices to serve with a bed of glutenous rice three full scoops of homemade coconut ice cream and topped simply with chopped peanuts. 椰菜雲耳餃子 ($24/8隻) 一直支持了兩年,不太起眼的地方餃子小店。 每一次下班後餃癮發作,珍寶往往都是我的首選, 個人大推這款椰菜雲耳豬肉餃子, 可以煮湯,蒸餃,或煎成這盤鍋貼。 薄薄的煎透一層,內裏盡是爽口的新鮮椰菜跟雲耳, 咬一口還是充滿著湯汁。 大隻,好吃,又不貴, 5隻$15, 12隻$36, 吃過沒有不回頭的理由。 See more

海老穴子天丼 ($82) 都很久沒有吃過好吃的天丼, 天婦羅炸蝦以外,還有穴子 (星鰻,海鰻), 蟹柳,南瓜,紫菜,以及較少見的本菇和四季豆, 粉漿不算多,而且炸起後隔油都很透徹, 醬汁不多,不會住食材本身的味道和香脆, 配上來自日本東北的白米飯,每一口也很美味, 隨飯亦送上長蔥味噌湯。 才八十多塊,很超值化算, 難怪六點左右已經要排隊了。 Cougar eel, ebi tempura donburi - loaded with their best tempuras on the fluffy rice bowl. Crunchy tempuras includes tiger shrimp, cougar eel, shimeji, crab leg, pumpkin, green beans and fried seaweed. Lightly battered for a crispy taste and keeping their original flavours. 六合夜市
第一次來高雄, 晚上下班坐上去高雄的班機, 到飯店check-in 以後, 就到樓下六合夜市買宵夜回房間吃了, 這幾道小菜,就是晚上的補餐。 魯肉飯 (NT$35, 約$9) 友人已經在香港下單要求代吃這家的飯, 店面就在六合跟自立路的轉角,很好找, 不過好吃嗎?個人覺得一般, 大概是友人的回憶吧。 骰子一口牛(NT$100, 約$26) 從台北,吃到香港,再吃到高雄, 都是喜歡這一道, 火槍炙烤的牛排粒就是特別香口, 這家加上玫瑰岩鹽, 淡淡的鹹,帶出了牛排的味道。 一小份,當然不夠吃了。 燙玉米 (NT$40, 約$10) 買完經過玉米阿姨在賣, 顏色漂亮就買一根, 可以燙也可以烤, 顆粒爽脆,也很新鮮,不錯啊。 苦瓜蜜汁(NT$60, 約$16) 又是從台北喝到這裡的一杯, 香港好像是沒有(就算有,也賣超貴), 習慣晚上來一杯,解一下燥熱, 白玉苦瓜的味道,獨一無二, 可惜就是店家沒有賣純苦瓜汁。 不過,耳鳴了一整晚都沒有好,邊吃邊痛。 #2019情人節 This is my first experience in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, it is my first time to be in this city. While having dinner in the hotel room since my flight had a minor delay. Thanks to the approximity of the Liuhe night market, I grabbed some local street food for the late supper. Started with a small portion of lu-rou-fan, or stewed, chopped pork belly over the rice. It is fairly warm with a light oily taste and perfect for having it at anytime. Grilled beef cubes are always my favourite street food, whenever I was in Taipei, Hongkong or even here at Kaohsiung, they added some rock salt on this one for the authentic steak taste. See more

爆匠炒泡麵
沙茶炒泡麵 (NT$65, 約$17) 都是把爆匠的炒泡麵介紹一下, 在等侯火魂豬腳的時侯買了一份, 店家就下麵條,現炒。 泡麵本質就是香港的炒公仔麵, 不過在台灣大概看不到炒公仔麵,炒出前一丁, 炒的是統一的泡麵。 不過現炒的火侯,使麵條爽口彈牙, 就算包好帶到便利店才吃也不失口感, 泡麵以外,加入了高麗菜,甘筍絲,雞蛋絲等等, 加上本地的沙茶醬拌炒, 單吃,佐酒也是很棒。 #2019情人節 Stirfried instant noodles in satay sauce - A local favourite shared by both Hong Kong and Taiwan food stalls. Simply add cooked noodles in wok, with cabbages, carrots, bean sprouts and egg for a quick stir-fry with satay paste. It is so tasty that goes with local beer, or even a-la-carte. See more

火魂德國豬腳
招牌椒鹽德國豬腳 (NT$100, 約$26) 夜遊瑞豐, 尋找著台灣的夜市味道, 漸漸的就擠到了火魂店前, 買了一份招牌豬腳找地方吃。 我邊等,邊吃邊買其他的美食, 時間很好消磨,吃份顏記水煎餃, 再買個爆匠沙茶炒泡麵, 回來,就準備好了。 帶到便利店,輕鬆坐著吃。 火烤的豬腳,肉有點韌, 很有嚼頭,輕輕的椒鹽,帶出了酥香的原味, 巴不得在便利店買一罐啤酒, 加上炒麵佐著吃,就是最好的男人風味。 現在想起,有點後悔沒有加點辣。 #2019情人節 Chopped signature pork knuckles - squeezed into the crowd in Rueifong night market for the craving of the very local street food. Roasted pork knuckles are grilled to its perfection. You may pick your seasonings in their choice - I got salt and pepper, the original for example. And the simplicity give me the real taste of roasted pork, salty and crunchy... I know a can of beer was all I need at the moment, matches perfectly as I expected. See more

紐西蘭肉眼牛扒 ($98 set) 認住呢隻鷹,老港鐵板有保證。 今晚本來打算吃米陳果間 「三ステーキ」, 不過聽前面個阿叔講排左成個鐘都未入到去, 都係去食返港式鐵板算。 睇左一陣餐牌,都係叫了三成熟的紐西蘭肉眼, 首先,餐包是大大個的新鮮麥包, 鬆軟好味,亦熱烘烘的,比其他扒房都要大。 羅宋湯香濃,比較稠身,接近海派的味道,很有誠意。 主菜上場,三成熟果然精準, 肉身偏紅,但板身夠熱,在鐵板上更容易入口, 而底下的配菜竟然然毫沒有燒焦現象, 連薯條也一直保持脆身,非常高質。 但油煙大左啲,呢度要店家注意一下了。 See more

眷村紅燒牛肉麵 ($56 set) 招牌的紅燒牛肉麵, 輕盈版小小的一碗,正合下午茶的份量。 炆燉牛腱的嫩滑,配上帶點韌度的手作麵條, 帶點微辣,但充滿濃香。 小小的一碗,大大的滿足。 Braised beef noodle soup - a fun portion goes well for the tea time. Shimmered in the intense beef broth, their tenderloins are tender while their hand-made noodles are chewy. Light spiced for everyone's favourite. It is small in size, yet it is full in happiness. 沖繩黑糖可頌 ($22) 不太明白, 就是只有黑糖的才可以獨立放進盒子。 不過,我這個可頌控,還是買了。 剛剛才吃了一個明太子口味, 鬆軟,帶了明太子的淡淡鹹香味。 溫暖的時侯吃,是最高的享受。 然後就為了方盒子,買了這個沖繩黑糖, 跟明太子相比有點點涼了, 不過鬆軟依然,加上黑糖自然的甜, 那種不過份的甜,配上新鮮的可頌, 是最好吃的配搭。 Okinawa brown sugar croissant - bought this just for their elegant navy and white box for a single pastry. Hazukido is famous for their out from oven croissants. I bought this after I enjoyed a mentaiko croissant with it's light aroma and fresh bakery taste, the brown sugar one is sweet with it's fluffy texture. The sweetness didn't got overwhelmed and perfect for a tea time grab. See more

三餸車仔麵 ($42) 三不館延續著城寨的風味, 但地方並不再是三不管。 今次選了滷豬大腸,麻辣豬手,以及醬燒豬頸肉, 加上蕃茄湯油麵。 豬大腸吸收了濃郁的滷水味, 即使於蕃茄濃湯之下味道都沒有被沖淡。 豬手肥美,帶著一點點的麻辣香, 有點辣,卻又點到即止。 豬頸肉爽口,但甚麼看都不太像醬燒, 相反與湯底又挺配的。 Cart noodles - a local classic that you can choose your noodle bowl with assorted meat, veggies, meatballs or even some unique items that makes it stand out. I sampled their recommendations - pork, pork and pork, literally intestines, spicy throttle and neck slices. Their intestines are among the best, oily with loads of fats which remains it's original taste even in strong tomato broth. Spicy throttles are loaded with collagen, came with a hint of spice. 聖誕布丁豪華版 ($38) 到今天才第一次喝老虎堂, 就挑了這杯期間限定的豪華版黑糖波霸厚鮮奶, 於這個老虎堂名物以上, 加入了台灣直送的雞蛋布丁, 個人覺得,都是老虎堂的比較對味, 而雞蛋布丁亦正正與黑糖相配, 濃香以上,加了一層滑溜的口感。 為不太冷的冬至,帶來了一杯子滿的豐盛。 Brown sugar boba milk with cream mousse (and egg pudding) - Being so hot since this summer, I didn't had my first sip until today. Tiger Sugar did impress me with their famous thick, warm bubble milk with patterned, hot brown sugar. However for this Christmas they introduced this special, adding egg pudding for a slurpy taste. 江南瀨粉 Noodles
水餃竹笙清湯瀨粉 ($40) 一直以來對瀨粉的認知 只是透明,一條條,爽口彈牙的燒鵝瀨粉。 直至江南瀨粉的出現 原來瀨粉都是白色的 像米線一般較軟糯易入口 這次挑了清淡的清湯口味, 白白的湯底帶了少許魚香的味道 配上吸湯的竹笙和足料的水餃 味道不重,但也算可口 Rice noodle soup with dumplings and bamboo shoots - Jiangnam offers a different kind of laifun noodles other then the clear, chewy ones we often found with roasted meat. 上海派招牌羅宋湯 ($58) 西餐不能缺少的羅宋湯 麥田的湯味道沒有像扒房弄的 有一股牛肉湯底的味道 相反的用上了大量的蔬菜 精煉成一個湯,帶點小辣 這才是當年從俄羅斯傳下來的樣子 Borscht - the authentic russian red soup with loads of red carrots, celery etc. With a mild spiciness. 防彈咖啡 ($60) 傳說中神奇得有如刀槍不入 一杯神奇的咖啡 簡單地加上純正椰子油及牛油 味道不濃,但感覺多了一層薄薄的油香 我覺得,齋飲,還是有點削胃 都係吃少許東西吧 Bulletproof coffee - the once upon trend now available to elephant grounds, the magic includes 100% pure coconut oil and unsalted butter. 火腿小奄列 ($32) 一份小小的奄列,需要六隻雞蛋, 以及近45分鐘時間製作 其實仲值得等嗎? 我就覺得麻麻 可能因為太多蛋 煎熟,而且煎得太老 小奄列,除了大量的蛋 以及大量的火腿絲之外 其實平平無奇 去開荃新天地的,試一次就好了 Ham omelette - it takes six eggs and three quarters for one omelette, but still worth it? this example is kinda overcooked with the eggs losing their silkiness, it is pretty loaded and photo friendly, but in terms of taste, it won't made me turn around for a revisit. #2018聖誕 See more

日常定食 (三点 $100, 四点 $125) Green Monday, 來點野菜吧 這家在food court裏的小食堂 除了菜式上都是蔬菜,沒有肉 還賣著像農家媽媽的味道 除了健康,還是溫暖 晚上才來到,部份小菜已經賣光了 只好挑茶碗蒸,野菜天婦羅以及秋葵湯葉 不過,簡單的味道,就是家常的好味道 三道菜,加上香菇五穀雜炊飯和味噌湯 勉強能飽肚,但感覺是清新的 Daily combo - went dinner without meat, mum serves Japanese authentic small dish meal set, with different kinds of vegetables, but just without meat. This a warm, popular place when some dishes are often sold out if you come here late. I could only pick their chawanmushi, the Japanese steamed egg in a cup, tempura and okra with grilled tofu skin. 雙層芝士漢堡 ($85) 五兄弟的地道美式漢堡 就如當地的足料,大份量 兩塊漢堡排很有份量,中間夾上半溶的車打芝士 配料方面我不加思索地選了推荐的all the way 蛋黃醬,生菜,酸瓜片,炒洋蔥 炒蘑菇,茄汁,蕃茄片,芥末醬 通通有齊 霸氣地一口咬下 美式漢堡的靈魂 毫不留情的被保留下來 但萬勿錯過這家的薯條 ($35起) 連皮,薯肉滿滿的 小份也不能小覷 因為... 紙袋裏還有, 而且份量可以再填滿另外一杯 Double cheeseburger - the authentic American cheese hamburger with a pair of quarter pound patties and one or maybe two pieces of premium cheddar. Had my sides all the way for the first time and it turned my favourite at once: mayo, lettace, pickles, tomato slices, fried onions and mushrooms, ketchup and mustard. So here's the champ, with the original American soul. Behold of their free peanuts and Five guys fries, skin-on and loaded with premium potatoes. 原味雙皮奶 (¥12) 說到順德甜點 雙皮奶相信無人不懂 來到佛山當然不忘來一碗正宗的雙皮奶 上下雙皮來得分明 皺皺的上皮,薄如蟬翼 外賣了,再放了冰箱一下,奶味更重 口感有點像腐竹 至於下皮說跟布丁一樣滑 一口吃下,兩種口感都能享受到 "Shuang pi nai" - literally means "double-skinned milk", a common, local milk pudding in Guangdong cuisine. Foshan is the also the home of this. Topped with a wrinkled "skin" and so that's how the name comes. The authentic dessert serves cool or warm. In my example I chilled it in bar fridge for a while. 爆汁日本玉子卷三文治 ($48) 很忙,加班到很晚 看到很治癒的日式玉子三文治 二話不說買了一份 還是最後一份溫暖的, 對,辛苦的時侯正需要溫溫的食物 白方包溫溫的,加了點牛油很軟糯 對,不只是鬆軟,是軟糯 配上目測超過一吋厚的日本滑蛋 可能放久了,老了丁點 但熱烘烘的玉子卷,少了味醂的甜 才最對我的口味,算是勞動一晚上的安慰吧 另外我也很欣賞這家的薯條 厚厚的一片,吃完三文治後熱度也不減 加了少許鹽巴,蘸個蕃茄醬,已經是簡約的美味 Japanese egg omelette sandwich - Seeking for a piece of relief after a long dark day, pretty lucky since I indeed got the very last piece of warmed sandwich. It's warm and soft, in and out. From the fluffy tamagoyaki, to the comfy white toast bread. It is right into my taste, without a hint of mirin. Other then their famous burger and sandwiches, they made some good fries too. Pipping hot after a few shootings and finished the sandwich. 鋒味安格斯煎蛋肉醬飽 ($43 set) 應該是第一款可以成為港飲港食的麥當勞 「十二道鋒味」謝霆鋒創作的新款漢堡 不再是每年的定番新品 把香港的肉醬煎蛋飯,放到至尊漢堡之上 中西合壁的結果,是豐富美味,而恰到好處 反而配搭的港式燒味風味shake shake粉 配上薯條效果不顯著,如果有避風塘炒蟹味 應該更可突出本土風味 絕配的港式配搭,當然不能忘記一杯熱奶茶 Chef Nic Bolognese Fried Egg Angus Burger - once a while McDonald's will surprise us. Inspired by the renowned celebrity, musician, actor and chef "Chef Nic" Nicolas Tse, the burger is a crossover of Angus burger and rice with bolognese and fried eggs, a very localised rice dish in Hong Kong, mildly tasted and will appreciate generally everyone. The siu mei seasoning is also being introduced for a limited offer. Similar to barbecue powder over the chips, I think they can bold the taste with shelter style for a local approach. The dark aged sauce are mild and loaded with scents. This sauce condenses with the food cooked with it over the years, so it is more complex as long as it aged. 煙肉芝士漢堡 ($25+5=$30) 小店雖然裝潢新穎 但不忘向老店致敬 現在齊來到新店 Taste the difference 還是傳統的港式漢堡包 漢堡扒比老店來得扁一點(也變正常了) 還好手打牛肉,洋蔥的香味還在 就知道味道還是老樣子一般好 配上招牌的沙拉醬和加配的煙肉 港式的bacon cheeseburger 味道上不會輸給美式的 再來一份炸薯條 雖然忙著拍照,放涼了一旁 不過入口還是很燙, 粗身,皮脆,結實 $20份量雖少, 卻下了無數苦功 Bacon cheeseburger - in a refreshing interior appearance, presents their very own local style hamburger. 根記冬蔭功浸蜆 ($82) 帶了家人來family dinner 吃一些本土的地道菜 陳根記大家第一道想到的 大概就是wasabi 蟹籽手撕雞 新店饑落亭,當然維持了質素 不過這道冬蔭功浸蜆,味道同樣一流 把烚過的蜆放到冬蔭功湯裏翻滾 開口了就是滿滿的海水味道, 加上泰式的冬蔭功湯底, 一口一口地,接過蜆肉再喝湯 酸勁,辣度,與正宗的冬蔭功可爭一日之長短 Clam tom-yum soup - another signature other then their already-famous shredded wasabi chicken, half boiled clams tossed into the pot of soup, shimmered with the thai spice. Macho king 醬油炸雞腿 ($177) 下雪天,怎麼能沒有炸雞和啤酒 雖然香港不是下雪的地方 不過要炸雞跟啤酒,找bhc絕對沒有來錯 在韓國代言的就是千頌伊/全智賢本尊 炸雞當中加上自家調製的烤醬 以醬油,蜂蜜,辣椒 調成了富韓國特色的甜辣味道 配上了六根特大的炸雞腿 雞腿肉的嫩滑,配上烤醬 令到香口但燥熱的炸雞 瞬間變得溫和起來 Macho-king drumsticks - a snowy day is just perfect for our chimaek time, but even though it is not snowing, the craving for fried chicken and beer continues. Double fried in the Korean way, their very own fried chicken has thinner crust and less grasey then American ones. Tossed with their own Korean barbecue sauce - mixed with soya sauce, honey and chili. I put an extra few bucks for having the drumsticks only. Six extra-large sticks are perfect tenderness, goes perfectly with the barbecue sauce and of cause, finger liking good. See more

椰汁芒果軟心兔兔 ($25) 看樣子很難相信是麥當勞的出品 可愛得來不失細緻, 耳朵,屁屁也超逼真 味道方面就是很厚,但很輕的慕斯蛋糕 微甜,因為以椰漿代替了奶油忌廉 加上裏面的流心芒果 中秋節,這個比很多的流心奶皇月餅更好吃 Coconut mango rabbit mousse cake - the attention to detail makes it different from McDonald's products. Their limited offer is a nice attempt towards delicacy. Fluffy mousse resembles the shape of a rabbit, including the details like ears, eyes and the bottom, tasted light but creamy, thanks to coconut milk they used. Stuffed with juicy mango sauce for a sweet hint of the bunny. It comes with a cute package too when you buy 4 cakes at once. See more

金牌鹽焗雞飯 ($49 +12 炒底 = $61) 鹽焗雞飯來講小弟第一時間想到的是大埔東江 但原來大圍的漢年,才是黑暗中的螢火蟲 鹽焗雞的鹹香與東江不相伯仲 今天是半隻雞翅和半邊雞背 要雞腿,雞翅的要加錢轉配(分別是$13, $5) 暖暖的雞肉,蘸上自家的沙薑醬汁 口感絕佳 但是,老饕們的選擇是,一定要加$12炒底 意思就是把白飯變蛋炒飯 原來的雞飯,再加上炒飯的麻油香氣 同樣是微鹹的蛋炒飯,加上鹽焗雞 鹹度沒有加乘過度,反之沙薑和雞跟蛋炒飯 產生的化學作用,令這道料理變得天下無雙 在黑暗中閃閃發亮 Salted chicken rice - an amazing find from local foodies, salted chicken are well balanced in flavour and already tasty itself. However, their specialty is "chow daai", or have fried rice instead of plain rice. Their fried rice surprises with their sasame oil, which enhances the flavour in both chicken and the rice itself.
