Dinner

#Newyear Designed to be a creative space, café, and restaurant in a beautiful white house surrounded by a lovely English Garden – Daydream Believer is a place where you can enjoy good homemade food in a beautiful ambience fitting for its name The menu ranges from Thai-Fusion-Italian dishes, drinks and desserts. Here are some of my favourites ● Pork Basil Puff (165 Baht) : Crispy puffs with minced pork- basil filling. The spiciness is tuned down to make it fit for a light snack. Not bad…. ● Jellyfish Spicy Salad (185 Baht): Zestful and refreshing, the meat of jellyfish was soft, crunchy, and delicious. ● Calamari (185 Baht): The lightly battered squids were tender, and with a touch of tartar sauce and lemon, very flavorful. ● Chinese Black Olive Fried Rice with Sesbania Flowers and Pork Cracklings: The Chinese black olive fried rice wasn’t too salty. The edible stir-fried Sesbania flowers gave texture to the otherwise plain fried rice. The red onion, vegetable and lime added refreshing touch. And my favorite part is the crispy pork cracklings newly made out of the wok. ..Very delightful. ● Rice Vermicelli with Southern Style Crab Curry (245 Baht): This special menu is only available on Saturday and Sunday. The soft and chewy rice vermicelli was fresh-made. The crab curry was thick with coconut cream, spices and crab meats…very flavorful but not too spicy. Love it! ● Lemon Tart with Italian Meringue (155 Baht): This is hands down the best dessert of this meal! The crispy, buttery crust complimented the creamy sweet-and-sour lemon filling really well. The fragrance of fresh lemon combined with the light and airy texture of sweet Italian meringue was heavenly. I simply love-love-love it! Whether you come here in the afternoon for a piece of homemade cake and a hot drink, hang out with friends in the evening, or have lunch with family during weekends – this is a place where everyone can enjoy themselves. So come, indulge, dream away…and be inspired.
