Ichika Omakase : ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่เสิร์ฟแบบ Omakase เท่านั้น คือเป็นแบบเชฟจัดให้ ร้านส่วนใหญ่จะไม่มีเมนูให้ดูก่อน ราคาของแต่ละ course ขึ้นอยู่กับวัตถุดิบ ที่ทางเชฟจะรังสรรค์ออกมาให้ ซึ่งบางชนิดทานได้เฉพาะช่วงฤดูกาลเท่านั้น โดยทางร้านจะนำเข้ามาวัตถุดิบทุกๆ 2 วัน ✅ มื้อกลางวัน : มี 2 ราคาคือ 1,700++ และ 3,700++ ✅ มื้อเย็น : มี 2 ราคาเช่นกันคือ 4,700++ และ 6,700++ +++++++++++++++ ผมมาทานมื้อเย็นแบบ 19 Courses ในราคา 4,700++ ครับ จะมีเมนูอะไรบ้าง??? 1. Sashimi 3 kinds (Akami, Hotate และ Kanpachi ที่เป็นปลา Yellow tail เสิร์ฟมาเป็นช่วงท้อง 2. Kinki Teriyaki เป็นปลาสายพันธ์เดียวกับปลานกแก้ว ตัวสีแดงๆ ตาโตๆ ได้ซอสเทอริยากิรสเข้มข้นเข้าไปด้วย 3. Suwai Kani Tempura ขาปูหิมะทอดเทมปุระ โรยด้วย Himalayan salt 4. Shirako Ponsu ท่ออสุจิของปลาหิมะ แช่ในพอนสึที่มีรสเปรี้ยวๆ หน่อย มีกลิ่นหอมของส้ม Yuzu อีกนิด ตัวท่ออสุจิ จะออกมันๆ ครีมมี่ๆ 5. Shimaaji : ปลา Shimaaji ท้อปด้วยต้นหอม และ truffle oil 6. Abura Kinmedai Karasumi : ท้อปด้วยไข่ปลากระบอกญี่ปุ่น นำมาย่างถ่านพอให้กรอบบางๆ 7. Ichika is an omakase japanese rest But its kinda pricey because theres are like sets of what they prepare for you which the chef will make the sushi for you as you sit in the counter All of the fish and products are the best quality fish and fresh straight from japans best fish markets However back to the price they have more than one set price but its for sure more than 3000 bath a set but these set will provide lots of sushi and appetizers as they set in on the menu sorry if i dont have a clear information Ps. Its open lunch time too See more
