- 這裡，據說是曼谷的小紐約。附近住的除了經商的白人外，便是有錢的日本人。the commoms一樓到四樓，可說是應有。餐廳，小酒吧，拉麵，雪糕，精品，花店通通都能找得到。然而，其中在頂樓的roast 則是名氣最為響亮的人氣店之一。平日下午，店家依舊八成滿，滿眼都是金髮碧眼的遊客和打扮入時的泰國年輕人。當然，這裡的消費在泰國而言，一點也不便宜，過千銖的菜色比比皆是，所以進來小休片刻，扮扮中產喝杯咖啡打打卡便好。 說回店家的食物，那個推薦的無花果帕爾馬火腿的確不錯，在乳酪dressing 的調合下，口感清盈味道來的平衡感十足。而我自己更偏愛的則是那個Arrabbiata汁意粉。Arrabbiata，是意大利生氣的意思，通常用紅辣椒番茄調製，最經典的便是配長通粉。而roast 的版本則是加入了伏特加酒並把長通粉換成了意粉。口味上，酒香並不濃厚，也沒有想像之中的辛辣，但整體味道和口感則是合格有餘的，這水準在香港也少見。對了，還有餐前的麵包，我也很喜歡，配上優質牛油，也不三兩下手便全清。 See moreSteven Ko 29 Followers
