This weekend I went to chiangmai to attend an archery competition at CMU. And I stomped by this restaurant by a chance , from what I heard from the owner it's the only Italian restaurant in the area and as expected the tastes was very good I went to this place for 3 days straight so I was able to took a lot of picture the first one is called a panna cotta an Italian sweet the texture and sweetness was the best! however it's not on the menu list as the owner specially prepared it for me because I came a long way from bangkok the second was a lamb steak with homemade tabasco . You can sense a wildness of this dish with a very strong taste of lamb and red wine the third was called pepper beef steak this one was my favorite the tenderness of meat and on top of that the best combination of taste sauce make it's one of the best steak dishes I ever had . The fourth picture is a red wine and herb grilled pork the taste was good and you can really feel the taste of red wine and herbs . The fifth was beef stew the taste was extremely strong because of the stocks and the meat was also very soft Average price of 120 per dishes เพิ่มเติม

A steakhouse at Thammasat University Rangsit Campus primarily run by the university student. The concept of this shop is a fine dining with a price that student can afford . An interesting point being that all food served are made by sous vide method which keep tenderness and intensity of taste to a pretty good level as you can see from a picture below is a meat newly made from student-made sous vide machine. We ordered 2 dishes this time a breast and thigh the taste is pretty good especially the mash potatoes also the crispiness of the skin is very good. Lastly about an atmosphere inside the shop. all of staff in the shop are student at thammasat U. so it was quite a casual atmosphere with most of the time customer are a friend of staff or owner which bring out quite a lovely and good atmosphere タマサート大学ランシットキャンパスでタマサート大学生のステーキ屋です。fine diningのコンセプトに基づいて大学生でも食べられるような値段にしています。今度食べたのは鶏モモと鶏の胸肉です全部で250バーツです。店内に出されている肉は全てSous Vide(真空調理)でできていますので柔らかさと味は最高です。席と台所も繋がっているため待ち時間でも料理人が調理している姿も見られます。店員が全員大学生であるためカジュアルでいい空気でした。 เพิ่มเติม
