'Hikiage Yuba' the menu that could free your soul by letting you make fresh traditional Japanese tofu skins yourself. The set came with a traditional pot and yuzu... The taste was soooo gentle, soft, simple, but never be forgotten;) Other Kaiseki was cooked well too
Ambiance and service is impressive as Japanese culture always does:)

Kasane of Ippudo Ramen is a mustttttt!🤙🏻
ลองร้านนี้หลายครั้งมากกกก ค้นพบว่า Kasane คือดี ดีที่สุดดดด
Ps. The experience from Central Rama9 Branch / get no idea what about other branches, used to visit Silom Complex and Central Embassy branch but not this menu and it was okay (standard) for overall

Have a ซี๊ดดด สาขาออลซีซั่นส์เพลส หลังสวน อาหารไทย
Usually never trust in chain-restaurant drinks (with no reason at all😂) , but this cup proved me totally wrong. Thai coffee, coffee ice, coconut and coconut ice are perfectly fit💥
Ps. The experience from All Seasons Branch (Wireless Rd., BKK) / get no idea what abt other branches
