[First Impressions] Bangkok Bold Kitchen at Central Embassy When visitors ask me where to go for good Thai food in Bangkok, I always say Sri Trat, Baan Ice, Khua Kling Pak Sod, Supanniga Eating Room. Add Bangkok Bold to the equation now, seriously, and it might be the most accessible one too, situated at Central Embassy, right beside Eat Thai food court. I was brought to Bangkok Bold by one of the best chefs in the country, and boy did it deliver. I wonder why I didn't think of visiting before. I tried 5 dishes, which were obviously just the tip of the iceberg of a huge menu waiting to be further explored. My favourite dish was the vermicelli with stir-fried garlic chicken mince. What also impressed me was that it actually made the extremely-boring stir-fried mixed vegetables pretty damn tasty, and this is the first time I can say this after 10 years here trying my best to avoid ordering it.
