This restaurant is located on the second floor of Crystal Veranda shopping complex along Pradit Manutham Road. The ambiance is simple yet elegance with the crisp white color. The service is rather questionable. The place specializes in varieties of meat especially beef and pork, hence the name 'Butchery'. Tried : # Caesar Salad -- came with onsen egg, nice dressing and crisp veggies. # Grilled Pork Shoulder w Dipping Sauce and Salad -- It was incredibly surprising how tasty this dish was. Pork shoulder was nicely marinated and very tender. The dipping sauce was spicy and full of flavor. # Sirloin Steak -- A huge piece of steak served with two kinds of dipping sauce, which were both very flavorful. Steak was tender but still had a bite to it. # Deep-fried Salmon Steak with Lime Sauce -- A nice piece of salmon steak served with salad and spaghetti. Salmon was nicely done with crispy skin yet still moist. Overall, a very good place with delicious food.
