Love at first bite at Nahm, no.5 of Asia's 50 best. The amuse bouche was their signature ma hor, a mixture of pork, chicken and prawns with peanuts and shallots, served on pineapple and topped with coriander and red chilli. This sweet and savoury treat at the beginning made us look forward to the rest of our meal. Cauliflower curry, as good as it gets. The curry was creamy with a touch of coconut flavour, and it came with a side of cucumber relish which was very refreshing. The fragrant Jasmine rice really helped balance the spicy curry. Since the waitress offered to refill my plate with rice whenever I'm done, I ate so much more than expected
