The Hansik Korean BBQ Restaurant (Lat Krabang) Suvarnabhumi Korean

BEST KOREAN in Ladkrabang area! Very good service and decent quality of food. Not far from Suvannaphumi international airport where you can have good Korean food for an overnight stay flight. They have à la carte menu ; price varies from 200+ Baht and Buffet menu Pork 349+ and Seafood is 499+ per person. The good deal here is for Buffet they come with cheese and grill omelet (spicy and original) and here you don’t have to grill the meat yourself. The staff will take care of it and grill at the right time for you! Unlike many Korean BBQ in town where you have to do it yourself and many times you left it burnt 😂 plus there is no service charge here! So ju and Makgeolli price is slightly high but as long as it’s good with the meat, why not? 🍺😜 See more

Barcelona Gaudi Asoke Spanish

Haven’t had a REAL GOOD PAELLA for ages!!! If this is anyone favourite dish, please come to this place- highly recommended! But yes since it’s super good we can’t even stop to take some photos of the main dish lol 😝 and so you should go and find out, I’m afraid. LUNCH SET is only 500 Baht for 2 person- this including appetiser, (small) Paella and drinks. But saying that I could say from the appetiser til the desserts all are amazingly yummy. Just 600 meters from main Sukhumvit road, located in Soi Sukhumvit 23 - next to the notorious Soi Cowboy. Come and try! Ps we had to go twice in a week, imagine that! See more

Raan-Keng Saphan Khwai Thai

Very nice cozy place with tasty food. Most menus use Butterfly pea (ดอกอัญชัญ) as the main gimmick ingredient to make a cool purple colour & nice touch and even more tasty 😋 Good nice vibe with live thai music and cozy environment as 2 storey house with garden, the only problem is the parking space and limited seats. So better to make a reservation in advance if you go as a group. See more

Everyday Karmakamet Silom Bakery/Cake

Very cute and sweet little café in Silom just off from BTS Saladang and next to Yada building. Nice coffee and tasty cakes - Apricot cake is so far the best. They also have promotion buy 2 get (cheapest one) FREE :)) another cute gimmick is a drawing table for you to scribble and doodle things away with good inspiring decoration around you plus a real nice welcome refreshing relaxing aroma from Karmakamet’s product. I’m sure this is something you wouldn’t want to miss in Saladang. See more

Nung Len & Esco Bar (นั่งเล่น เอสโคบาร์) Ekkamai Bar

A Thai live music (mainly) nine-lives Thai club in Ekkamai where has been here forever after the 3rd renovation it’s still here. Good music as usual but maybe good for younger crowd -20ish I would say. I feel like a granny by the time I stepped in. Drinks/mixer price increased a lot from the last time I was here. Good old days. Should come and try at least once. See more

Nai Ek Roll Noodles Yaowarat Noodles

Well I expect more than this, from the name and what everyone told and said about the place. Maybe I expected too much from just a roll noodle on street side. Nothing bad just not as good as I expected- have had wayyyy better. But the pork belly was real tender and very tasty. Price-wise kind of decent for its portions. Ps yes- there were a queue which we had wait for at least 10 minutes, now you understand why my expectation is high. See more

Wallflowers Cafe 22 Karakadakhom Circle・Phlabphla Chai・Yot Se Take-away/Delivery (Storefront)

Really don’t know how to say about this Café, very interesting Interior, very good tasty yummy cakes - just the way it looks make you feel full already. Coffee- indescribably speechless. Highly recommended! They also have a rooftop event from Thursday night onward. Live band located on th ground floor. Advance booking is highly recommended. See more

Secret Storey Phrompong Bar

The name said it all “secret” -yes another secret hidden bar where you can also be a publicly invited audience by the purple light to get the glimpse of the Drag show from PhromPhong BTS platform- how cool is that! Drinks is rather “clubs” standard price but don’t expect the standard drinks or taste from here, everything is unordinary. Try it for yourself and you will understand why. Start from finding the way to get in! Took us awhile to find the way in :)) and we weren’t even that drunk 🥴 worth every step up there! See more

Sendai Kamajinya Asoke Ramen

Very cool interior-like you got lost in a Japan. Nice izakaya down in Soi Sukhumvit 23 opposit (used to be) Tai-Pan hotel or Pullman Hotel. The food is good the best you gotta to give is the HAPPY HOURS beer 39 Baht/pint from 6-8pm (if I remember correctly! 🥴) the minus one star was because we got food poisoning from the place. Maybe just our luck! The rest - food quality and selection of menu is rather interesting. The Pad-kra-pao ramen as shown on photo is the BEST of the night! See more

Sake no Mise 2nd - 酒の店２号店 (สาเก โนะ มิเสะ) Silom Japanese

Very small, well hidden in Wall Street Tower in Surawong Road. If I wasn’t there for business and happened to remember I came across some foodie review I would have not known the place! Quality of food and the ingredients is as superb as you can expect from a Japanese izakaya - very fresh and very cheap. Recommended to go not too early lunch as it might be crowded but about 1pm on weekdays. You will get 20% discount on top if you add the restaurant Line- good deal I told you! One set cost ard 200-400 Baht max. I’m fed and happy then ;) See more

The place has been here forever ภรณีก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ! Quality of meat, the tenderness of meat and stew cow’s tongue is superb however it used to be much tastier, soup taste and it was too cleared for Boat noodles 😢 See more

Eureka Silom Cafe

Very nice interior- you won’t expect what you would see from the exterior, very creative drinks and its ingredients. I’m not a coffee person but I have to admit this one got me (literally) shaking and jump up and down shouting “Eureka”! Price-wise not cheap but goes with the quality and the atmosphere. It has two floors which the upstairs selling Pad-Thai. Recommended See more

Ramen ichiban Phrompong Ramen

I give a thumb up for this (no longer quiet) hidden Japanese Ramen restaurant (someone review it on some foodie page so it is becoming popular with more crowd which is quiet a shame 😫) I have been regularly visiting the place for the past 6-7 yrs. Food are decent, tasty, bigggg portion compare to the price always a perfect combination with ice cold Japanese beer 🍺 Truly Japanese style. One ramen is almost perfect for two and it closed quite late everyday. A perfect venue for a meal after late drinks or 🏌🏼‍♀️ See more

Crimson Room Lang Suan Bar

Good Jazz blues bar in Lang Suan. If it is your first time there, you should arrived slight earlier than your booking because you could spend a decent minutes to find where the bar is :)) only serving drinks- price is Lang Suan standard (3,000++ for a bottle of wine and 2 cocktails), drink quality is ok I have seen/had better. But salute to the good live band and decorations. 80% of the crowd here are for million of photo shooting so nonstop flashlights- Arrive early if you want some good photos with no arms and legs in it. Advance booking is highly recommended. Staff need a decent training- no knowledge about the drinks they sell/serve or even poor manner. See more

Easy convenient relaxed chilled out surrounded by food and always have good deal for Fine de Claire oyster, I always drop by here with friends or before/after my grocer shopping. You can even pick wine from Wine shop around the corner and enjoy it with your oyster with no corkage fee. Reasonable price and good seafood. See more

Rongros Sanamchai Thai

Splendid viewwww and excellent Traditional Thai dishes! I love every bite of it, highly recommended. Babyccino Ekkamai Cafe

Very nice place, high ceiling, staff are very attentive. We were walking pass but accidentally spot on this brand new cafe. Really impressed by the quality of coffee and desserts - lemon tart is excellent made. Many spots to take good photos. See more
