- Try An original signature from Saboten which is named Saboten Special set. Got everything including Shrimp, Tenderloin, Loin and Crab Cream Croquette. Served with refilled Japanese streamed rice. Soboten ร้านชินจูกุ ทงคัตสึ ซาโบเตน เป็นร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นชื่อดังในด้านทงคัตสึจากชินจูกุ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ได้มาเปิดหลายสาขาในกรุงเทพ วันนี้มาที่ชั้น 7 สาขาเซ็นทรัลพลาซาแกรนด์พระรามเก้า เมนูนอกจากทงคัตสึที่มีให้เลือกแบบสันนอก สันใน หมูบดใส้ชีสแล้วก็ยังมีเมนูพวกไก่ ปลาแซลมอน กุ้ง ข้าวแกงกะหรี่ให้เป็นทางเลือก ทางร้านยังจัดเมนูพิเศษและมีโปรโมชั่นในช่วงเวลาจำกัดอยู่บ่อยๆครั้ง ถ้าสั่งแบบเป็นเซ็ตทางร้านนี้จะบริการ ข้าวญี่ปุ่นร้อนๆ ซุปมิโสะ และนํ้าจิ้มแบบเติมไม่อั้น สำหรับการทํานํ้าจิ้มทงคัตสึ ทางร้านจะเสริฟงาดําและขาวที่คั่วมาจนหอมในถ้วยกระเบื้องพร้อมท่อนไม้ให้บดงา และค่อยราดน้ำจิ้มลงไปผสมเพื่อเพิ่มความหอมและรสสัมผัส น้ำจิ้มตักได้ไม่อั้นแต่ถ้าต้องการงาเพิ่มต้องจ่ายเงิน เมนูที่ได้ลองวันนี้ก็มี Saboten Special set 410฿ ได้ทงคัตสึกุ้งที่สดเด้ง ทงคัตสึหมูสันในที่เนื้อนุ่ม ทงคัตสึสันนอกที่มีมันแทรกตัวในเนื้อและโครเก็ทครีมปู ชอบข้าวญี่ปุ่นเม็ดเล็กแต่เหนียวนุ่มแบบที่ใช้ตะเกียบคีบมาเข้าปากได้ง่ายๆเลย ในเซ็ตยังมีไอศกรีมชาเขียวมาให้ล้างปากอีกด้วย บรรยากาศในร้านตกแต่งดูหรูหร้ากว้างขวางใช้ได้ อาหารรสชาติดี รอไม่นาน ราคาค่อนข้างจะสูงไปนิด แต่ก็คุ้มค่ากับรสชาติและคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ พนักงานก็บริการดี See moreWichak Phijaisanit 302 Followers
