#Aug2018 Truffle lovers rejoice! One of the world's biggest truffle dealer from Italy, Urbani Tartufi, has just opened a restaurant in Bangkok. Under the hands of the executive chef Gonzalo Ruiz who has moved over from Le Bua's Sirocco, this restaurant is indeed a marriage between top-graded ingredients and a team of highly-skilled chefs...And the breathtaking 360° view from the 39th floor of Sathorn Square is certainly a big plus! At this soft-opening stage, the menu consists of 3-courses lunch menu (590++/790++ Bht), 5-course menu (3,900++ Bht), 7-course menu (5,500++ Bht), and a la carte menu. The food are mostly Mediterranean style, with a generous amount of truffles creatively playing a part in both savoury dishes and desserts. The extensive wine list consists of more than 300 labels of imported wine. Our meal started from the creamy smooth homemade truffle foie gras terrine coated with crispy pistachio / the refreshing pear and truffle salad / the pan-roasted seabass...and, my favourite, the slow cooked lamb tenderloin sous-vided to perfection, served with slices of fresh truffles and mellow sauce...sooooo...delicious! Their creative desserts are truly an interesting experience...Where else can we find dishes like a truffle tiramisu in white chocolate dome, or mango and truffle cheesecake - if not here? While the 5-7 courses menu seems appropriate for special occassions, the good value lunch sets are a very affordable way to enjoy the freshly-made mediterranean (and some Japanese) food with incredible view. Lunch set อิตาเลี่ยนกับธีมทรัฟเฟิล ในราคาสุดคุ้ม หรูหรา อร่อย ดีงามจริงๆ Urbani Tartufi Bar & Ristorante Bangkok Urgani ตั้งอยู่ชั้น 39 ของตึก Sathorn Square ใจกลางเมืองกรุงเทพฯ วิวด้านบนมองจากร้านอาหารสวยมากและเห็นวิวได้ทั้งสองด้านของตึก การตกแต่งร้านก็ดูหรูหราแนวชิคโมเดิร์น สวยงามเลยค่ะ เนื่องจากร้านอยู่ชั้น 39 ส่วน office tower ทางร้านจะมีเคาน์เตอร์รีเซฟชั่นชั้น G สามารถแจ้งพนักงานต้อนรับว่าจะขึ้นไปทานอาหาร พนง จะกดลิฟท์และพาเดินไปส่งถึงร้านเลย ทั้งบรรยากาศ บริการ คุณภาพ รสชาติอาหาร เครื่องใช้บนโต๊ะอาหาร และทุกสิ่งอย่างจัดว่าเป็นระดับ fine dining ได้เลย ราคา lunch set ในช่วง soft openings นี่ถูกมากมาก แค่ 590++ และ 790++ ได้ข่าวว่า soft openings อาจจะยาวๆ ไปจนถึงสิ้นปีกันเลย ทางร้านเน้นธีมอาหารที่มีส่วนประกอบของทรัฟเฟิลในราคาไม่สูงนัก เนื่องจากทางร้านเป็นตัวแทนนำเข้าผลิตภัณฑ์ในเครือ Urbani Truffles จากประเทศอิตาลี่โดยตรงอีกด้วย ลูกค้าสามารถซื้อของไปทำอาหารทานเองที่บ้าน มีครบเลยค่ะ ทั้งเส้นพาสต้า ผลิตภัณฑ์ทรัฟเฟิลในรูปแบบต่างๆ ทางร้านจะใช้ทรัฟเฟิลสดกับเมนูแทบทุกจาน จานพาสต้ามีมาสไลซ์ทรัฟเฟิลสดเพิ่มให้ที่โต๊ะด้วย และยังมีน้ำมัน white truffle เป็นขวดวางไว้ให้ใส่เพิ่มได้ตามต้องการ วันนี้มาทาน Lunch Menu 590++ 3 คอร์ส มีจานสลัด พาสต้าและของหวาน (ไม่รวมเครื่องดื่ม) อาหารอร่อยทุกอย่างเลย สลัด: ชอบ Caprese salad สลัดพื้นเมืองของอิตาเลี่ยน มะเขือเทศโปะชีสสด bocconocini ราดน้ำมันมะกอกกับซอสบาลซามิคที่มาในรูปเม็ดกลมๆ เล็กๆ , ทูน่าสลัดก็อร่อยดี พาสต้า: ชอบทั้งสองจานเลย พาสต้าของที่นี่เค้าอร่อยจริงๆ Penne ซอส Bolognese จานนี้รสชาติเข้มข้นดีมาก คนไม่ทานเนื้อวัว ก็ทานได้เพราะทางร้านใช้เนื้อหมูป่าที่นำเข้าจากอิตาลี่ ส่วน Gnocchi ไส้เห็ด porcini ในครีมทรัฟเฟิล ทั้งครีมมี่ทั้งหอมอร่อย จานนี้ฟินจริง ของหวาน: มาทานร้านทรัฟเฟิลทั้งที ของหวานต้องไม่ให้ขาดทรัฟเฟิล จัดแต่งมาสวยงามน่าทานเลย สั่งไปเป็นตัว White Truffle Tiramisu: เป็นมูสทรัฟเฟิล tiramusu ทานกับไวท์ช็อคโกแลตกับครัมเบิ้ลกรุบกรุบ อร่อยมาก ส่วนตัว Chocolate Truffle Gelato นี่ไอศครีมเข้มข้นรสชาติดีจริงๆ ทานกับครัมเบิ้ลอร่อยไม่แพ้ตัวบนเลย ส่วน Lunch Menu 790++ Bht ตัวเลือกจานหลักจะเปลี่ยนจากพาสต้า เป็นจานเนื้อ มีทั้งแกะ ปลา ไก่ ซูชิ ให้เลือกแทน โดยรวม รู้สึกประทับใจกับมื้อ lunch set นี้มาก จะมาทานเป็น Business lunch โอกาสพิเศษ หรือนัดทานข้าวกลางวันบรรยากาศดีดี ก็เหมาะเลยค่ะ อยากให้ทางร้านรักษามาตรฐานให้ได้แบบนี้ไปนานๆ วันนี้คงต้องให้ห้าดาวไปก่อนเลยค่ะ คือดีไม่มีที่ติจริงๆ สำหรับมื้อนี้ พิกัดร้าน: อยู่บนชั้น 39 อาคาร Sathorn Square ตรง BTS ช่องนนทรี มีที่จอดรถ มา BTS ก็สะดวก #niku #july2018 See more
