The 90-minute buffet here is all about tropical fruits and their king - Durian. And while it promises 365 days availability of durian, this "Durian Fever (15th May - 30th June 2018)" makes it even more special with arrays of creative menu made from Durian and all kinds of seasonal tropical fruits...There were 10 kinds of Thai style fruit curry /Durian Pad Thai / Roasted young Durian with sweet Durian gravy, / Spicy fruit salad / Durian Tom Yum / Mango & Sticky Rice / Durian and Mango Bingsu / Fruit jelly / Fruit Fondue / Chinese Buns and Eclair with Durian Custard fillings / Fruit Ice Cream...and a lot more.
