Marina HK for english pls scroll down ร้านอาหารสไตล์ฮ่องกง ตัดสินใจเลี้ยวเข้ามากินเพราะป้ายหน้าร้านว่า เป็ดย่างสูตร four season London ร้านตกแต่งสไตล์ร้านอาหารจีน เมนูวันนี้ เป็ดย่าง - เอาจริง ๆ อร่อยมาก เนื้อไม่เหนียว หนังกรอบ น้ำราดอร่อยมาก แถมยังมีถั่วลิสงมาให้เคี้ยวด้วยเพลิน ๆ อีก ถือว่าลงตัวมาก ๆ จริง ๆ อร่อยในราคาประหยัด จานนี้แค่ 158 เท่านั้น ถ้าจำไม่ผิด บะหมี่เกี๊ยวกุ้ง - ร้านเคลมว่า ทำเส้นบะหมี่เอง ซึ่งเส้นเหนียวนุ่มจริง ๆ เส้นเล็ก ๆ แบบบะหมี่ฮ่องกง รวมถึงเกี๊ยวกุ้งก็ใช้กุ้งแบบเต็ม ๆ ไม่หวงเลย อาจจะปรุงเพิ่มเล็กน้อยก็อร่อยแล้ว The hongkong-style restaurant. They claim that their Rosted duck is the same recipe as Four season in London. All of menu that I ordered today following: Rosted duck: Soft texture with crispy duck skin and when combine with a sauce that looks good. The peanut in this menu is so amazing too ! Noodle with shrimp wontons: The restaurant claim that they make a noodle by themselves. As they mention, noodle looks chewy i feel a taste of egg noodle. Wonton is fulfilled by whole of shrimp. It’s a good restaurant with reasonable price. When you come to Siam square, it can be one of your choice ! See more

[สยาม] ในชั่วโมงรีบเร่ง ก็ตกลงกันในทีมว่าทานร้านนี้แล้วกันค่ะ เพราะคนไม่เยอะ ดูเมนูก็หลากหลายดี ไปทานกันสี่คน ก็เลือกลองกันคนละเมนู คือ บะหมี่ไก่ซีอิ๊ว บะหมี่ซี่โครงหมู เกี๊ยวน้ำหมูแดง และบะหมี่เกี๊ยวหมูแดง พร้อมด้วยจานกลาง เป็นปีกไก่ทอดเกลือ และลาบวุ้นเส้นหมูสับ และขนมมาปิดท้าย เป็นพุทราจีนทอด จริงๆ บะหมี่ร้านนี้อร่อยนะคะ คล้ายๆ บะหมี่ที่เคยทานที่ฮ่องกง คือเส้นเล็กๆ ลวกมากรึบๆ หน่อย ไม่นิ่มเละ ส่วนเครื่องอื่นๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นไก่ซีอิ๊ว เกี๊ยว หมูแดง และซี่โครงหมู ก็ใช้ได้อยู่ค่ะ แต่ส่วนตัวว่าราคาสูงเกินไปหน่อยเมื่อเทียบกับปริมาณ ส่วนจานกลางที่ลอง คือ ปีกไก่ทอด จานนี้เหวอมากค่ะ ตอนสั่งไม่ได้ดูราคา มาเจอราคาตอนเช็คบิล จานละ 158B เลยอะ แพงมาก แถมไม่อร่อย ออกจืดๆ อีกจาน คือ ลาบวุ้นเส้นหมูสับ รสชาตินี่ติดลบเลยค่ะ มีแต่รสเผ็ดอะ ให้ไปปรุงใหม่ ก็ยังไม่อร่อย สุดท้ายก็กินไม่หมด ปิดท้ายด้วยพุทราจีนทอด ก็อร่อยดีนะคะ ทอดมาร้อนๆ รวมๆ ก็เฉยๆ ค่ะ #Dec2018 See more
