Tossaporn Singhakritpisal 479 Followers#japanese Soba Factory โรงแรมแบงค็อก แมริออท มาร์คีส์ ควีนปาร์ค สุขุมวิท 22 เปิดมาตั้งแต่ปี 2007 โดยเชฟชาวญี่ปุ่นจากฟุกุโอกะที่เติบโตมาในตระกูลทำโซบะ ร้านจะเน้นเสริฟโซบะและยากิโทริย่างในครัวที่เปิดโล่งให้ลูกค้าได้เห็นขั้นตอนการทำอย่างละเอียด Seiro Soba โซบะเย็น ราคา 390++ เสริฟด้วยเส้นบัควีท 80% เปลี่ยนเป็นเส้นบัควีท 100% เพิ่ม 100 บาท เพิ่มเส้นบัควีท 80% เพิ่ม 160 บาท เพิ่มเส้นบัควีท 100% 240 บาท แต่ด้วยความโชคดีของผมในวันนั้นผมสั่งเปลี่ยนเป็นบัควีท 100% แต่ทางร้านคีย์ผิดเป็นเพิ่มบัควัท 100% เลยได้ลองแบบ 80% ฟรีๆ ทางร้านใช้บัควีทจากฮอกไกโด ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งผลิดบัควีทชั้นนำในญี่ปุ่น เส้นบัควีท 80% ความเหนียวของเส้นจะมากกว่า จะเป็นโซบะในลักษณะที่เราคุ้นๆกัน ส่วนบัควีท 100% เส้นจะไม่เหนียวเท่าแต่จะได้ความหอมและรสชาติที่ล้ำลึกกว่า เป็นการกินโซบะในแบบที่ไม่ค่อยคุ้นนัก โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าโอเคในระดับนึงแต่ราคาค่อนข้างสูงไปหน่อย See more

The chef's name is Mizuho Nagao with his 23 years of experience to make Soba noodles. I was surprised the taste of Sobayu (Soba hot water). It's very thick and rich. They have Kakesoba and Zarusaba, also have yakitori, donburi and other things. It costs 300-400 bath. See more
