- ปกติมาทาน Honmono ก็จะทานแต่เมนูซูชิและซาชิมิที่ร้านนี้มีวัตถุดิบสดนำเข้ามาใหม่ๆทุกวัน วันนี้มาเดินเล่นที่ห้างเซ็นทรัลชิดลม เห็นทางร้านมีโปรโมชั่นเมนูหัวปลาแซลมอน จัดมาเป็นเซ็ตพร้อมข้าว เครื่องเคียง ไข่ตุ๋น รวมถึงซุปเลยสั่งแบบย่างแล้วราดน้ำซีอิ๊วมาทาน หัวปลาไม่ได้ต้มซีอิ๊วแต่ย่างมาแทนรอประมาณสิบนาที ส่วนตัวว่าทางร้านย่างมาแห้งมากไปหน่อย เนื้อเลยไม่ค่อยชุ่มฉ่ำมีเนื้อไม่มากนักน้ำซีอิ๊วรสกลมกล่อม ไข่ตุ๋นเนื้อเนียนนุ่ม เสียดายน้องน่าจะลืมเอาซุปมาให้เลยอดทานเลย #Rettysea See moreภาคภูมิ สุวรรณเตมีย์ 1093 Followers
