- 📍 Riverside Grilled Fish & Mala at Central Rama9🌶️ บอกเลยว่าตั้งใจมาทานร้านนี้เลย อยากให้ที่ไทยมีร้านแบบนี้มานานแล้ว เพราะว่าตอนที่เราเรียนอยู่ที่จีน คือชอบทานร้านปลาย่างราดซอสมาก แต่แอบเสียใจที่ร้านไม่มีเป็นซอสมะเขือเทศ แงงง วิธีการสั่ง 1.อันดับแรก เราจะต้องเลือกชนิดปลาก่อน ร้านนี้มีให้เลือก 4 ตัว ถ้าเอาแบบปลอดภัย ขอแนะนำ ปลากะพง ส่วนเราอยากลองชิมปลาจีน เลยสั่งเป็น 石斑鱼 ตัวแรกในเมนู (จำชื่อปลาไม่ได้)😋 2.เลือกซอสที่เขาจะราดให้ ที่ฮิตๆ ก็ต้องหมาล่า ใครชอบแบบเปรี้ยวๆ แนะนำ 酸菜味 ผักดอง ส่วนวันนี้เราทานเป็น 青椒味 คือพริกเขียว เหมาสำหรับคนที่อยากกินหมาล่า แต่ไม่อยากทานเผ็ด อันนี้จะมีแต่รส 麻 ก็คือชาอย่างเดียว ซึ่งขอบอกว่าชามากจริงๆ😂 3. เติม topping เราเติมเป็นมันฝรั่ง เต้าหู้ และรากบัว ปกติชอบทานรากบัวมาก แต่พอมาใส่กับ.อสพริกเขียวแอบไม่ค่อนเข้า โดยรวมคือปลาตัวใหญ่มาก ทานได้ 3-4 คน ถ้าหิวๆ 2 คนก็หมด อาหารต้องรอนิสนุง เพราะเขาย่างมาร้อนๆ เลย คนจีนมาทานเยอะมาก 💵ราคาประมาณ 1พันนิดๆ 🚘มีที่จอดรถ #จีนพากิน😋 #ปลาเผาหมาล่า #หมาล่า #อาหารจีน #เมนูคลายหนาว #พระราม9 See more
