- 🇹🇭Ekkamai, Bangkok🇹🇭 Innovative course that I must remember in this year! I heard that a young Japanese chef who used to work at Gagan had opened a hideaway restaurant, so my friends and I went there. It's been about two years since I've had such a course. We ordered a tea pairing along with the omakase course. Each dish was creative, satisfying in its simplicity of flavor and use of ingredients. The course was a collaboration of French, Indian (especially the spices), and Thai, with a Japanese base. • 12 Courses: 3,900++ (Book at least 3 days in advance) • Tea Pairing: 1,000++ (Book at least 1 day in advance) 今年の記憶に残るイノベーディブコース料理！Gaganで働いていた若手の日本人シェフが、隠れ家レストランをオープンしたという話を聞いて、友達と行ってきた。 このようなコースを食べるのは2年ぶりくらい。おまかせのコースと一緒にティーペアリングも注文しました。 一品一品どれも創作性があり、かつ素材を活かしたシンプルな味わいの中に十分な満足感がある。 ジャパニーズをベースにしつつ、フレンチとインディアン(特にスパイス)、タイがコラボしたようなコースでした。 See more
