สุจิตรา จิตรโรจนรักษ์ 115 Followersเห็นรถขายกาแฟคันนี้มาหลายเดือนละ แต่ไม่ได้มีเวลาอยู่บ้านเลย วันนี้มีโอกาสได้แวะสักนิด ต้องบอกว่าร้านนี้ใช้เม็ดกาแฟเขาทะลุ มีกลิ่นกาแฟเฉพาะตัวของเขาทะลุคือ กลิ่นคั่วเข้ม รสติดขม ร้านนี้ใช้วิธีการชงแบบ Moka Pot ยิ่งเพิ่มรสชาติ และกลิ่น ของกาแฟให้ดูดุดันมากขึ้น วันนี้เราสั้ง คาปูเย็น ราคาแก้วละ 35 บาท รสชาติใช้ได้ สมราคาที่จ่าย… แต่สิ่งที่ประทับใจ คือความละเมียดของคนชง ค่อยๆ ทำที่ละแก้ว ไม่รีบ ถึงแม้คนเยอะก็ไม่เร่งไฟให้แรง ค่อยๆ ใช้ความร้อนที่เหมาะสม เพื่อดึงรสชาติของกาแฟให้ได้มาตราฐานของทางร้าน See more
