#Nov2020 พิกัดสาขานี้ จะอยู่บริเวณหน้า Gourmet Market ที่รวมร้านเค้กหลายๆ ร้าน ครั้งนี้ขอแวะชิมเมนูที่รุ่นพี่ภูมิใจนำเสนอ “Apple & Berry Almond Crumb Pie” (140 บาท) ก่อนชิมเราคิดในใจว่าต้องไม่อร่อยแน่เลย แต่พอได้ลองชิม ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าดีกว่าที่คิดเอาไว้มาก รสหวานน้อยถูกใจและมีความหอมกลิ่นมะพร้าวและอัลมอนด์ ส่วนตัวฐานด้านล่างจะออกแนวหนึบ คนละแบบกับทาร์ตกรุบกรอบ ชุ่มเนยที่เราคุ้นเคย เท็กซ์เจอร์คนละแบบ ถ้าใครชอบแนวครัมเบิ้ลกรอบๆ โรยมาหนาๆ อาจจะต้องเลือกเป็นหน้าที่มีโรลโอ๊ตเป็นส่วนประกอบ ที่ชอบอีกอย่างคือ ชั้นแอ๊ปเปิ้ลยังคงความกรุบกรอบและมีมิกซ์เบอร์รี่รสเปรี้ยวกำลังดีผสมมาด้วย รวมๆ แล้ว ขนมชิ้นนี้แม้ราคาจะดูเหมือนสูง แต่ก็ใช้วัตถุดิบดี สมราคาอยู่ค่ะ See more
