[First Impressions] Zaab Eli The busiest restaurant at @101truedigitalpark by far but it scares me to death as every signature of theirs is an Isaan salad with black Plaraa-laced dressing. I was alone yesterday and really wanted to try something new. I guess sometimes you have to trust the crowd and take the leap of faith. I sidestepped the signatures and ordered a grilled beef bowl and a standard papaya salad. The papaya salad was superb, with the papaya strips bigger than usual, and super fresh and crisp. The beef was a big serving, seasoned well, but also super chewy and sinewy. The egg yolk cured in fish sauce though, sheer genius. It's one of the richest, tastiest bites around that's for sure.
