- 47のレインヒルの割烹隆。日本食で久々に感激。 酒飲めないのに日本酒が欲しくなる味。 2000バーツのコースで味も量も充分大満足。ただ3500バーツのカニや鮑はそれはそれは美味そうだったから、次回はしっかりお腹を空かせて試してみたい。 47 Rain Hill Kappo Takashi. It's was impressed ! The taste that makes I want sake even though I can't drink it. The 2000 baht course is very satisfying for taste and quantity. - 【Japanese】Sukhumvit47 Rain Hill Ground Floorにあるお店。ちょうどワインコネクション(セラー)と肉山の間にある。 割烹とは 割(Kat)=包丁で切る(Cut by knife) 烹(Pou)=煮る(Simmer) という言葉から来ている、特にカウンターで手元を見ながらいただくスタイルが多い。会席、懐石、料亭、割烹、小料理、居酒屋など和食、日本料理と言っても分類が多いし、日本人でも感覚的にランクを使っている事が多い。 さて大将の隆さんは未だ30代という若手。岩手県出身のためお店では南部美人など岩手日本酒やヒトメボレなどの岩手県産米を使っている。 海や山の幸をふんだんに使いながら、お出汁など日本食として大事な部分をちゃんと味わえる。 Rettyのコアユーザーにも十分おススメできる店。 大将は気さくな方で、タイ人のお客さんも安心して来られる。 コースは1500THB++〜。この日は3,000のコースの写真。 See more
