วันนี้มาเที่ยวเกาะล้านครั้งแรก มาถึงท่ารถตู้ประมาณ 10.30 และได้แวะทานข้าวกับแฟน เป็นร้านอาหารตามสั่งข้าง ท่ารถตู้ ไม่มีลูกค้า เราออเดอร์ไป เป็นข้าว 2 อย่าง และ น้ำเปล่า น้ำแข็ง 2 แก้ว นั่งรอปกติ จนกระทั่งพนักงานท่านแรก เรียกโต้ะ เบอร์7 ให้ลุกไปรับอาหารเอง ทั้งหมด 2 ครั้ง และไปรับน้ำเองอีก 1 ครั้ง และ มี ลูกค้าเพิ่มมา 1 คู่ เป็นพี่คนไทยและแฟนต่างชาติ แต่ พนักงานคนที่เรียกไปรับอาหารในช่วงแรก นำออเดอร์มาเสริฟ์ถึงโต้ะ เราก็งงว่าคงเป็นต่างชาติ กลุ่มที่3 เดินมาอีก เป็นคนไทย 3 คนต่างชาติคนเดียว พนักงานท่านเดิม เดินนำออเดอร์ มาเสริฟ์ เราเดินออกไปคิดเงิน และ สีหน้าเราคือไม่โอเคสุด เลยบอกว่า พี่คะ ทำไมพี่ถึงไม่เดินเสริฟ์ พวกหนูบ้าง หนูนึกว่า ที่เรียกคิวให้ออกไปรับตามกฎ แต่ทำไม ลูกค้ากลุ่มอื่นๆ พนักงานถึงเดินไปเสริฟ์ สิ่งที่ได้กลับมาคือ “น้องไม่พอใจอะไร ก็พนักงานเห็นว่าเป็นต่างชาติเลยเดินไปเสริฟ์ อีกอย่าง พนักงานเค้าก็พูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้ แล้วไม่พอใจอะไร จะบอกว่า มันเป็นปัญหาของร้านพี่ด้วยซ้ำ ที่พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้ พี่ต้องแก้ไข และก่อนที่จะแก้ไขปัญหาตรงนั้น ทำไมพี่ถึง 2 มาตรฐานในการ service ลูกค้าแบบนี้ หนูไม่โอเค “ พอพูดจบ พนักท่านที่อยู่หน้าบ้าน พูดขึ้นมาว่า พี่มาขายของนะน้องไม่ได้มาขอทาน มึงจะเอายังไงกับกู กูทนไม่ไหวล่ะ “ คือ บริการว่าแย่แล้ว แต่ที่แย่ที่สุดคือ การจะใช้กำลังแทนคำขอโทษ หรือเห็นถึงปัญหาจะได้ปรับปรุง คือ ไม่แนะนำคนไทยนะครับคะ เพราะเค้าบอกว่าเค้าจะบริการแบบนี้ เค้าไม่ผิด ข้าวอร่อยนะคะ แต่การบริการหมาไม่แดก Today I visited Koh Larn for the first time.
